The Duke’s Private Family Apartments in Syon House have been extensively refurbished to create The Hotspur Wing. The self-contained accommodation provides a billiard room, dining room for twelve, lounge, a snug, five double ensuite bedrooms, hallway and kitchen – oh and did we mention another sitting room?  The Hotspur Wing has its own private entrance, and parking is available for all guests. Helicopter arrival is also an option.

If you are lucky enough to witness a sunset over the Wyatt bridge – or indeed a misty sunrise over the tidal water meadow, or perhaps one of those rare occasions when the tidal water meadow floods, and it feels like boats are sailing through the gardens – then you are a very lucky soul indeed.
