Pocahontas and the Percys

(Pocahontas after Simon van de Passe by kind permission of NPG/Smithsonian Institute)

This season we’re going back 400 years to the time of Pocahontas and her visit to England.

The story of Pocahontas and her connection to the Percy family is an important one. During this spring and summer season we will be offering specialist tours and events about Pocahontas; her time here in Brentford and what life was like during the Jacobean era.

‘Pocahontas and the Percys’ Tours – Wednesday afternoons 2pm at Syon House starting Wednesday 17th of May.
The tour is free with the  purchase of a House and Garden ticket.  Places will be limited so please book early to avoid disappointment.
