Syon Park is delighted to offer the magnificient Great Hall in Syon House for civil ceremonies (maximum 120 seated guests), or alternatively the beautiful State Dining Room (maximum 50 seated guests). Both rooms are are available for hire on Fridays and Saturdays from April to October each year. Post-ceremony drinks can be served in charming inner courtyard, a parterre garden with fountain and perfumed white flowers. Alternatively in unkind weather, it is possible to use the State Apartments. Syon Park does not offer civil ceremonies on other days - only Fridays and Saturdays.

In formal procession, guests then follow the bride and groom via the wooded, secluded Queen’s Walk to the magnificent Great Conservatory. Most spring and summer wedding receptions take place in the Great Conservatory, running from 18.00 hours to midnight (with guests leaving by 01.00 hours). Candles and amplified music are all welcomed in this stunning venue in the gardens. The Great Conservatory can accommodate 150 guests for a seated meal, or up 200 for a standing buffet reception during the evening. The Great Conservatory is not available for daytime hire, or winter wedding receptions.

For larger summer receptions, Syon Park has partnered with one of London’s leading event management companies, The Ultimate Experience, to install a stunning, fully produced marquee in the gardens from May to September each year. Please see below under "Marquees in the Grounds" for further information.

Marquees in the Grounds

Syon Park has partnered with the excellent Ultimate Experience to install a stunning 200-600 seater marquee, in a private walled garden to one side of Syon House, from May to September each year.This structure is finished to the highest standards and includes furniture, pinspot and atmospheric lighting, a full discotheque and full speech and music sound systems. It has been designed to provide a truly memorable setting for receptions and celebratory parties.  The Marquee is available for hire during the daytime as well as the evening, and has its own private parking area for all guests. A particularly popular option is to have a morning civil ceremony in Syon House before moving to the Garden Room Marquee for wedding breakfast and celebrations. Winter Weddings.

The State Dining Room is now being offered for candlelit morning civil ceremonies during the winter months, followed by drinks on the Private Apartments with up to 50 guests, or a formal seated wedding breakfast. It is particularly suited to the more intimate and stately wedding.  

From November to March, Marquees can also be sited opposite Syon House in the Lime Avenue, its adjacent fields and the enclosed Rose Garden for balls, parties, conferences, fashion shows and other events including weddings for up to 2000 people. Subject to availability and time of year, a marquee may be sited on the South Lawn, at the side of Syon House, for up to 1000 people maximum. All facility hire charges for the grounds are calculated on an individual basis.
