The State Dining Room, Syon House is also  licensed for smaller, more intimate winter daytime ceremonies for up to 50 guests, November to March. Ceremony time is subject to registrar availability with the last possible time at 3pm. After the ceremony, drinks can be served in the Private Apartments, or up to 30 guests can be seated for a celebratory meal. Alternatively up 50 guests can be seated at table in the new Northumberland Room.

• Ceremonies are subject to registrar availability, and the couple must make all arrangements directly themselves with the registrar's office at Hounslow Council http://http://www.hounslow.gov.uk/index/community_and_living/marriages.htm.
• Prices are for room hire only in the main --- and are exclusive of catering, flowers, music, registrars fees, marquee hire and so on. 
• The Friday and Saturday wedding fee includes 20 bottles of Syon Park own label champagne.
• Times for setting up and breaking down may attract additional fees.
• Clients are required to show proof of public liability insurance of five million pounds for weddings: other events may be required to have higher levels of cover in place.

Marquees and Outdoor Events

Marquees can be sited opposite Syon House in the Lime Avenue, its adjacent fields and the enclosed Rose Garden for balls, parties, conferences, fashion shows and other events for up to 2000 people. Subject to availability and time of year, a marquee may be sited on the South Lawn, at the side of Syon House, for up to 1000 people too. All facility hire charges for the grounds are calculated on an individual basis --- with site fees of £8,000 + VAT for an event day, and a reduced rate for any set-up or takedown days.
